That's pretty good so far. I remember doing a similar thing for GCSE French, and I'm quite impressed with how much I remember, as I understood most of it. Good use of past, present and future tenses, which is basically what the examiners are looking for, so far, so good.

Have you been asked to stick to a word limit, no more than 1000 words or so? (For the record you have 380 words so far). This is what we used to go by in GCSE French, rather than page length.

Other topics you could talk about are the importance of a good breakfast, the fact that exercise helps people lose weight, and feel better about themselves, and perhaps expand on the future tense use by talking about 'new year's resolutions' (given the time of year), such as taking more exercise (you've gone into it a little bit about your horseriding near the end) You could perhaps mention learning to cook as well, as you mention Indian take-aways. You could say something like although making your own meals from scratch is hard, it is much healthier than shop-bought ready meals; you could go into a little bit about that.

You could also go into different types of exercise, and how they benefit in different ways, e.g. running is good for heart and lung endurance, weight training is good for building strength, and swimming is a good all-round exercise that is easy on the joints. You can think of other things, I'm sure.

Hope this helps.
