My brother showed me the demo for FFVIII when I was around 11, I thought it was great. He bought it later and we both played it, we had a race to the end, I finished it first . After that I begs my parents to buy me a copy of final fantasy ix when I happened to see it in a store, would've been around a year later.

I'm so glad I played that demo.
