I think my body is so accustomed to not getting enough sleep that it actually doesn't like it when I get a full 8-9 hours. It usually takes me at least an hour to go to sleep because I always have something to think about. I've remedied this problem by staying up until I can't keep my eyes open, usually about midnight. Then I get up at 6:00 and go to school.
