    Default Pop up help!

    Ok, for quite some time now, there are these pop up windows that keep coming up and when it does, down above my time bar and it says "Ads served by Context Tool". I have even went to Control Panel, removed it from the Add/Remove Programs and removed it, and it still does it. I have tried everything I know and I can't find a way to stop it. Some one please help.
