For years and years I could never eat breakfast because I simply wasn't hungry. I'd get hungry about eleven in the morning at morning break in school so I'd have a piece of fruit of something then. Occasionally I'd have a yoghurt or if I knew I had a big day ahead of me (exams, school trip, etc) I'd eat something just to make sure I was at my best.

However from about July onwards in a bid to improve my eating habits a bit, I developed a mild addiction to both crunchy nut cornflakes and thin -sliced toast and started to have one of the two for breakfast on a regular basis (usually the former). However since November I've been back to not really eating breakfast and eating crunchy nut cornflakes if I'm hungry after 9pm.
