I like your style, its really idealistic and it accomplishes what you are hoping for but if I may make a few statement that may make future pictures better.

The clouds crowd the left side of the picture, they are too heavy almost gelatinous robbing the left side of the picture that wonderful ephemeral quality that the rest of it so exquisitely captures.

This is a humble criticism as I really think you pulled off what you wanted to.

This is fantastic. Not sure about the anatomy of the girl, but her expression is beautiful, and the layout and colours of the whole piece work wonderfully.
