Alright, I just got out of a battle with the dragon atop Dragon Peak. My walkthrough I'm following tells me to use the Mini spell on all of my party members.

a. I don't have this option.
b. Do I do it in battle, or on the menu screen?

I know I'm a n00b, and this question is probably pathetic, but it would be really nice if someone could help.
