I read on some website that they expect announcements abou the game at TGS 2008 or TGS 2009, but I think that's much too soon.

I honestly don't think we'll really here anything concrete concerning KHIII until at least 2010.
I also think that. Since KH is a game with GRRRRRREAT graphics, I expect some annousmments in 2010 and they will release it sometime in 2013. Thought it depends if KHIII will be either in the Wii or in the PS3.
