Yeah I've been burnt so hard I'm just shrivelling up into a soulless husk.
s and 90s till 96
-1973. Musically, ten of the most awesome and influential years imaginable. And what else besides music matters as far as history goes?
The Beatles get their first #1 in the USA (I Want To Hold Your Hand) and revolutionize rock and roll music.
Bob Dylan's Highway 61 Revisited. Like a Rolling Stone? You know that song? Also, The Doors are formed.
Beatles claim to be bigger than Jesus.
Beatles prove that they are, in fact, true deities that are bigger than Jesus with the release of Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band.
Johnny Cash's Live at Folsom Prison. Led Zeppelin formed. Iron Butterfly's epic In-A-Gadda-Da-Vida released.
Take a guess. I think it was some kind of concert thing on a farm.
Janis Joplin dies at 27. The Beatles break up.
Led Zeppelin 4 introduces the world to Stairway to Heaven. Jim Morrison dies at 27.
Pong comes out in arcade. Thought I'd throw something in there that's not music-related.
 Dark Side of the Moon.
