There are no Pokemon past #151. That is how I view the situation. Therefore, there has been no changes.
i dont know much about the latest one out but i liked pokemon crstal it was pretty cool.
my favourite pokemon was probaly lugia
I can actually beat Red or Blue and still enjoy almost all of it. I can't say the same for Diamond and Pearl.
Boy am I an unfunny ass.
I like the new graphics and some of the system upgrades in the later ones. However most of the newer pokemon after the second generation look just ridiculous.
This space intentionally left blank.
Gold/Silver was always my favourite installment, it improved upon Red/Blue and then it got stale with Ruby/Sapphire. I haven't played Diamond or Pearl.
What the hell happened to our rivals since Gary Oak? They are pushovers beyond belief.
...
There are good pokemon after 151.

For me, Pokemon's top was Yellow. Everything else is just the same thing with more monsters to make you insane.
How can you catch them all when they insist on making more? =(
Gardevoir is my favorite, by far. I liked the entire 3rd series the most overall. The Gold/Silver/Crystal Pokémon were pretty cool too.
However, the original game had the best storyline, and it was definitely an epic game when I was much younger. That, and it was actually difficult at times. They made every version afterwards slightly more easy and it kills me inside when I can beat the game in a day or two due to the sheer simplicity. The RSE series was a joke, because of that.
