I try not to have a problem with them, though at times I wish I could intervene on those misbehaving in their parents' company in public, a line I'll only normally cross if what they're doing affects me directly (like once when I was having my hair cut and this dumbass was trying to sweep up and nearly poked me in the eye with the broomhandle; I snapped at him to stop and his mother unexpectedly sided with me!) but otherwise it can sometimes be funny to watch them flap around in a tantrum because there's bugger all they can do.
