Winnie the Pooh, Tigger, Scar, Simba, Timon, Pumbaa, Alladin, Ariel, Ursula, Sebastian, Beast, Belle, Mulan, Mushu, Cinderella, 7 Dwarves, Goofy, Lilo & Stitch, every Pixar character, Cruella De Vil, Tinkerbell, Alice in Wonderland, any single one of these characters is better than Kronk.

Although Robin Williams is quite good in the role, the Finnish voice actor of Genie (Vesa-Matti Loiri) transcends the character to a totally different, superior level.

Wow, Kronk is putting up a better fight than I hoped for. I guess I underestimate you lot.

Miriel, maybe you should watch TENG a couple more times. Just because it's not a classic doesn't mean Kronk isn't one hilarious and adorable guy. He's just awesome on a whole new level.

Genie, on the other hand, is extremely popular with good reason, but I still suspect that a lot of people here who voted for him haven't even seen (if not heard of) The Emperor's New Groove. Still, Genie is pretty damned awesome so I won't complain if he wins. Can't all have our personal favourites go on forever.
