It's pretty good. Sometimes the direct translation is wrong, but the meaning they're trying to get at is right. For example, every time Sun uses the Korean word term of endearment for husband/spouse they just translate that word into "Jin". I think it's funny when they do that because when she's calling out to him with that word, even non-Korean speaking audiences can plainly tell that she's not saying, "Jin! The Korean dialogue itself is really fantastic though. Really well written. Too bad most people can't understand it! There are a lot of subtleties there in the dialogue between Sun and Jin.
