Im not entirely sure about this, but i dont want to use a lifeline, so ill choose one.
255 seems to be a bit too much. Yes Seph has strong stuff but it is still too early on in the game and and far as i remember he was only doing around 3000 damage.
Also 100, 99, 110 seems a bit hard to answer lol.

Nope sorry, if you look at his equip menu in cloud's flashback, you can see that it is 99. His attack power, after calculating strength, is 200 I believe.
