I've got a contridiction: Tifa and Cloud have a short convosation on 'Last Order', but this is contridictory to FFVII, where the plot requires her to not have talked to Cloud then.

Just because you don't know full details about those FF games, doesn't mean they have pole holes, contridictions, or what the hell ever.

Not all of it. The scenes of Zack and Cloud's scape can be considered canon, because there is nothing in CC contradicting them.
