For the record, those screenshots aren't shopped. There really is a scene like this at the end of Crisis Core. I guess technically that video is a spoiler but not for anyone who's played FFVII.
However, the notion that there is a FFVII remake in development is a sensationalist reaction to something that doesn't really imply this at all. Saying "To be continued in Final Fantasy VII" isn't any more a confirmation of a FFVII remake then putting "To be continued" at the end of Revenge of the Sith confirmed a remake of A New Hope.
Post again when it's not just a rumor.
