He's not much older than Cloud. Hell, Cloud was supposed to make it into SOLDIER at 14 (yes I know he didn't actually make it into SOLDIER at 14 but he was supposed to have) so lord only knows how old Zack is meant to be there. He could be anything between maybe 13 and 16 at this point.
