Favorite scene would be Steiner 'flying' then crashing on the Prima Vista. His face looked ridiculous.
xD Especially when you make him say it about fifty times, triggering Ruby's first appearance in the game.
Kuja's first appearance in the game while in Burmecia, with his line "I find this rain quite pleasant... It feels as though the raindrops are blessing our victory" is a favourite of mine.
The scenes with Freya and Sir Fratley throughout the game.
And the dialogue between Beatrix and Queen Brahne on the Red Rose, as it was at that point that Beatrix began to question the actions of Brahne, and after hating her for most of game I started to respect her much more. Her "Then allow me to shatter your delusions of grandeur." quote in Cleyra was memorable too.

"Ooh, soft!" for me, and the "No Cloud, no Squall can hinder us!" quote was good too, made me laugh, cause trust me, Omnislash would pwn them...
