Finding friends

Hi there. I'm in the world of balance, and i'm trying to find my friends. I've done the bit with Terra where she refuses to join you party, but i have no idea what to do next.

Plus, i have four people in my party, but i need three so that i can get Gau. Any ideas on what to do?

Silly, You're in the world of ruin, if that's the world of balance then you've gone crazy like Kefka.


Also, who's your fourth party member? Edgar? Cyan? Who~

If it's Edgar, then go to Zozo and get Cyan, if it's Cyan then go to Nikeah and track down Edgar.
You have to realize, there's alot of characters for you to get, so don't become stuck on getting one character because there's plenty more until you can get them. Especially in this case I think you -need- a 5th character just to mess with your party,

Once you have the extra slot you should be able to talk to one of them and get into the party formation screen and then just leave 2 people out.

I thought there was a guy on the airship that let you screw around with your party, but I guess not.

I've currently got Cyan, Edgar, Celes, Sabin and Stezer.

No need, i've just found out how to do it.

I still need help in getting Terra, though. lol.

I believe you can get Terra after the airship.

After getting the airship, you need to defeat Phunbaba again. After beating him Terra will regain her will to fight.

I put spoiler tags on how to get everyone else

To get Gau (SPOILER)go to the Veldt with three people in your party, and find him in a battle.

To get Shadow (SPOILER)enter the cave in the Veldt and defeat the Behemoths. Then bet the item Ickigeki in the colluseum and defeat Shadow to get him. (Only if you waited for Shadow)

To get Relm (SPOILER)go to Owzers house and defeat Chadernook. If you didn't wait for shadow, finish the cave in the Veldt first.

To get Strago (SPOILER)go to the Fanatics Tower with Relm in your party.

To get Locke (SPOILER)complete the Pheonix cave and go to Kohlingen. You should have 8 characters before trying the Pheonix cave, as you need to split up your party.

To get Mog (SPOILER)find him in the caves in Narshe

To get Umaro (SPOILER)defeat him in the caves of Narshe and talk to him with Mog in your party.

To get Gogo (SPOILER)talk to him/her after being swallowed by a zone eater.

Yes, you get Terra after the Airship. Getting characters is pretty non-linear. You do whatever you want to next. :P

(SPOILER)If you saved Shadow on the floating continent, he's in a cave on the Veldt. If you didn't, Relm is there. If Shadow is there Relm is in... Jidoor, I believe. In the house with all of the paintings.

Take Relm to Kefka's Tower to get Strago.

GoGo is inside of a little island shaped like a triangle.

Mog is in the Moogles' cave in Narshe. Take him to the top of the mountain and fall in to find Umaro.

Locke is in the Phoenix Cave. Look for a mountain formation shaped like a star and drop into the middle of it with your airship. It's a good idea to have eight characters for that part.

Yes, Phunbaba is located in Mobliz.

I think you need to get to the part where the pregnant teenager and Terra disappear from the rest of the group. They are located in a secret passage somewhere on the left side of the empty house.

You have to get Edgar before getting the Airship, and therefore before getting Cyan. Storywise, you'd get Celes, Sabin, Edgar, Setzer, Cyan, Gau etc.

Sabin you can skip though, the only required characters in the WoR are Celes, Edgar, and Setzer.



As for the topic at hand, yes, go behind the bookcase in the downstairs there to where all the children are.
