Historic people sounds like the most fun to me. Especially if the historic people are of the annoying kind that you actually do want to kill all over again, like in example an author that wrote an awful book you were forced to read in elementary school. >;o lynch!

Colors are too generic in my opinion. Lets go with something with a bit of character... like countries! Then it'd kinda be like Risk (which is AWESOME).
I think countries or historic people would be the coolest.

I voted colors because that seems to me to be the hardest thing to be biased over. As in, "I can't stand freaking Magenta die you suck worthless color." The more generic, the better.
EoFF notables, even though that sounds a lot like the site staff version. :P But that was the best game of Mafia ever.

Gee the other day in the shower I was thinking to myself "Gee shouldn't the next mafia game be going on soon?", well looks like I was right.
I picked EoFF notables, though all of the others look good except game series. That's just a little bland to the rest I think.

I quite like the colour idea if only because it makes me think of Reservoir Dogs with Mr. White, Mr. Blue, etc.
