I can't see!

Contacts, I avoid wearing my glasses because they are annoying. Though I can still see without them, just not details, so sometimes I cant tell who is walking up to me until they are close or have some distinguishing hair color.

I can't walk around my house without my contacts because I walk into walls and doors and generally injure myself. I'm -7 in both eyes.

It sucks not being able to move eh! It always gives me a real fright to realise that I'm about to hit something so I generally do something stupid like jump or try to dodge. One day I'll learn to just take the hit and be done with it.

My vision is terrible. I'm very near-sighted and I always have to wear my glasses. I've tried to get contacts, but I can never put them in. So I just stick with my glasses. I've been wearing them since first grade so I've grown attached to them :D.

I had 20/20 vision up until recently. Now I'm short-sighted, so I wear glasses for driving (well, I should :P) and reading stuff on the board at school (not that I go anymore, uni then). I can't read stuff 5 metres away, basically :P

I don't know my eye stats, but they're bound to be good! I've never had problems seeing stuff or noticing small details.

Well, the recent checkup at the doctor showed that my eyes are -3,5 and -4 (left and right one respectively), but I wear glasses that are -2,5 for both. Not quite sharp, but still enough to walk around and see people. Text is a problem, though... I like my glasses, they're quite nice and suit me well, although I look much better without them... I've asked my parents to give me contact lenses as my birthday present, but I've heard you can't wear them for more than 5 years all in all, and I'm getting them to wear on special ocassions, like parties and stuff.

I wear contacts. They make me look better but at the same time they're a pain in the butt.

I wear glasses if I'm not leaving the flat, or if it's only for a quick trip to the co-op or something.

My eyesight is, quite frankly, terrible.

I used to wear glasses for around 4 years before I got contacts when I was around 13. I basically wear contacts every single day, but I do sometimes wear glasses at night if I can feel that my eyes are getting "tired" and need to breathe.

I literally hate wearing glasses. Now that I've become so accustomed to contacts I can really feel the glasses when I'm wearing them - y'know, little things like that you have to move your head when looking to either side or up or down.. and also, I'm rather nearsighted and so my eyes look smaller trough my glasses when I wear them, which looks dorky. If that wasn't the case I'd probably buy some cool looking glasses and wear them more often.

I've had to get new glasses twice so far since my sight keeps getting worse.
