It's really hard to say because there are so many talented actors/actresses out there, and there are many that I really respect. But, some of my favourites for whatever reasons are (random order):'
- Johnny Depp
- Uma Thurman
- Keira Knightly
- Natalie Portman
- Scarlett Johansson
- Angelina Jolie
Edward Norton and Daniel Day-Lewis are incredible actors. I also haven't seen Forest Whittaker, Christopher Walken, or Denzel Washington play a bad role.
For actresses: Scarlett Johansson, Maggie Gyllenhaal, Natalie Portman, and Uma Thurman are my favorites.

I'll end this thread right now by telling you all that Bruce Campbell is not only the greatest actor of all time, but quite possibly the greatest human being of all time.

I adore Edward Norton for actors, and for actresses I love Angelina Jolie.

If I had to choose one absolute favorite, it'd be Cate Blanchett. I don't think there's a single other actor out there who can transform themselves so thoroughly and convincingly for every single role they play. She's a goddess.
