Default free tv shows from cbs

Star Trek - Video Episodes on CBS.com

They've got a bunch of old star trek, a few macguyver, melrose place, hawai'i five-0 and the twilight zone. My dad and I watched quite a few twilight zone eps this weekend (I'd never seen any before).

I think this is pretty cool, and I hope I get the time to watch a lot of these.

NBC is also getting into the groove, but there's nothing I'm really interested in watching, but I figured I'd point you guys to it:

Man that's cool - but a lack of downloadability makes it less than 100% handy

Still, mustn't grumble. It's neat that they're making this stuff available - maybe now I'll catch up on the handful of original Star Trek episodes I never managed to catch on-air...

Sounds a bit similar to what the BBC have done with their iPlayer by making lots of recently broadcast telly (i.e stuff that's been on in the past week) available to people to watch online. Though the fact that non-Americans can also watch this and that it's classic television rather than recently broadcast stuff is definitely great. I'll have to check out a few of these shows.
