I do not currently engage in any physical activities for the purpose of bodybuilding. I do, however, have an unnamed hobby which keeps me relatively lean.
I have a question for you, Hazzard. When a person begins to engage in physical exercises like walking, jogging, weightlifting, or something like that, how does he know where to begin? Do you just do whatever comes to mind and hope for the best or are you supposed to do certain exercises in certain increments based off personal research, or...?
