It's almost ridiculous how you have to maintain your exercise routine like it's a lifestyle. Your body just wants to revert back to flab, it seems.
I have a weight bench at home and a barbell, and some free weights. As James said, I am taking the P90x challenge starting march.
Oh dear God it's this Saturday. I will be in Oshawa if plans go through. Noooooo
