Use the Ammo-RF ability on laser cannons. You mug Elastoids for laser cannons during the second dream with Laguna, you encounter elastoids after the room with the detanator, i think theres a lot of stairs.

you can also use the Ammo RF on the crystals you get from Ruby Dragon's think they are called Energy Crystals... could be wrong though

I believe you're thinking of Elnoyle Cards...you need 10 cards for 1 Energy Crystal...and 1 Energy Crystal can be Ammo RF'd into 10 Pulse Ammo...

ruby dragons, like elnoyles, like to drop energy crystals at high levels, so maybe that's what KaiserDragon was thinking of?
