Psycho has the most dirt on the social aspect of EoFF. So if you wanna know why somebody quit the Internet forever or other such drama llama info, Psycho would be the one to go to.
When something is not quite right with EoFF technically, I go to Del Murder first, who in turn gets other people to fix the problem and then he gets back to me with assurances that everything is fine, and then we make out.
The buck stops here.

I haven't had the need to PM a staff member for anything yet, but if I did it'd be whoever's online at the time.

If I need something admin-like done, I usually poke BoB.
It genuinely depends on the problem. Quite often I just ask whoever happens to be online at the time to get the fastest response. They're all good guys/gals so I trust all of them to help me out and don't make a preference for any particular staff.
I'd talk to Paul or BoB, depending on who is online.
