I never did it again. I always felt guilty about it.
I have always had money to buy things small enough to shoplift. There was no reason, nor drive to do it.
My friends ended up shoplifting around 50 CDs over a range of around 2 months and finally got caught for it, despite me telling them 'you're going to get caught' and their 'no we're not' replies. I was rather smug around them for a couple of weeks afterwards.
Have I ever shoplifted? No.
Nope, never have and never will. Too moralistic for such things.
Never! Except once when I was 4 and took a toy from the toy store. In my defence I thought the mall was one big store.

Only when I was young. I've since outgrown such things, of course.

Once, I had made some purchases at work, when I got home I noticed one was missing so the next day I told the person who rang me out I didn't get it so I grabbed another. On the way home that day after work I discovered I did in fact get the item, it just fell out of my bag and went under my seat. Oh well I inadvertently stole a $1.83 thing of prunes.
