Pretty hard to find games that I like under 70% at gamerankings, but I found a few:

I can only assume saga frontier 1/2 got shotty reviews but they're my favorite RPG's

Guild Wars got pretty decent reviews in general but has been pretty well bashed for not being a WoW clone. thank god it's not.

Ah, this old topic. Pretty sure Jericho on the 360 scored horribly. Not the best made shooter out there. But the style of it, I loved it. Couldn't put it down for some reason. Like playing through a really dark and gritty comic about guns and demons. Good story too. Liked the characters. Very different

Clock Tower 3: 69%

Nice find. I always thought Clock Tower 3 averaged out in the mid 70's. I loved the game personally. Hope they make another.

I actually enjoyed the Legend of Spyro games, especially the first one.

Legend of Spyro: A New Beginning (62.6)
Legend of Spyro: Eternal Night (58.5)
Legend of Spyro: Dawn of the Dragon (59.4)

I wouldn't give these games high scores per-se but I would put them in the higher 60s maybe low 70s.Otherwise, just about every other game I really enjoy is in the 70s+ at gamerankings.com.
