I wouldn't mind getting some complaining pms. I'd just inform them that the last person to send me one was Pyromaniak, and look what happened to him!
I'd say of 90% of the complaints you get, people won't care if you just ignore them. Most of the time they are just venting and voicing their opinion. This is a message board and inevitably that will happen. It's when you let it get to you and take it too seriously that it becomes a problem.
