Is it for some kind of medical class?
Dexascans are used to test for things like osteoperosis and bone mineral density. It can also test for people who have brittle bone's and to see if they'll need more supplements or not. My grandmothers had a couple of these done. It's basically a lower done X-ray that changes it's frequency to check density.
In reality it's two words, because DEXA is short for a big long thing I can't remember but the X stands for X-ray, and scan.. well.. that should be obvious.
Something to do with X-Ray's if I remember correctly.

A dexa scan is used in the radiography profession to assess the density of the bones! I only know this because I'm a health and social care student, though.
Is it a ten sided shape? Wild guess...I really don't know the answer, without looking it up.
