alright, so here's what i think i saw with Luigi (in melee, it may have changed for brawl)...i use his down smash a lot in the air and i'm PRETTY sure i saw a meteor smash when it connected with the bottom of his feet (about .5 of a second after i executed it)...which would seem logical, but people are saying how it's different and you hit them from below (
) up there ^^^ so i'm not sure, but that's what i thought i saw
