I would say Kefka for being annoying and irritating but he dies in FFVI anyways.
I guess I'd give it to Borghen from FFII. Even though he dies you always have to kill him over again repeatedly.
I'd kill Penelo and see how long it takes for anyone to even notice.

Can I throw the titular axe and hope that it nails multiple targets? If so, I'd pray it lopped off the heads of the three clone-guys in Advent Children. I don't remember their names. They aren't worth remembering.
Other than that, I guess Yuffie. Not because I have a strong dislike of her character, but simply because it does get annoying having your Materia stolen all of the time in FFVII. o.O

I think Evrae's kinda cool. And so is the zombie version in Via Purifico.
Maybe off topic, but I think they should've made it so Rinoa can die in outer space if you don't get to her in time... i think that would make for a crazy plot branching off, playing the rest of the game without her.
While there are many that deserve to go, I'm going to say squall.
Can I kill both Rikku and Tidus? Though I guess Tidus is kind of important.

Squall and Rinoa. Rinoa's so busy hanging onto Squall that a swing of an axe should kill both of them.
