I remember a server that was around that rate-ish.

It did have ridiculously expensive donation items... but only for the High Rate server that was beside it !

You could choose your characters race and everything! (Undead Ninja FOR THE WIN!... massive mass of caster elves maybe not so much ftw... ._.).
