Out of those four... Squall's sword is the one that'd be most usable in real life. The rest would all be way too heavy (Cloud's), too fragile (Sephiroth's), or too unwieldy (Seifer's) if you actually made them out of materials that exist in our world.

They're all pretty neat, though, in their own way.

    The Fusion Sword from FFVII:AC/FFVII:ACC.

Question: Do you know why Kefka succeeded in destroying the planet?

Answer: Because the planet didn't fight back.

Wouldn't the handle make any gunblade ridiculously awkward to wield?

Squall's one has a hand-and-a-half design, so it could be held two-handed if need be. Also the angle between the handle and blade is relatively small. Seifer's Hyperion, on the other hand, has a strictly one-handed grip which is very nearly perpendicular to the blade - that'd make it quite a mission to keep it under control, and swing it effectively.

So is it cool if I bring my replica to the next Ren Faire?

None of them. Beatrix's Sword is far more awesome than all of them combined.
