If I was gonna calculate that you have to do the whole diffussivity equation of that specific air and stuff.. I hate thermodynamics..

lets just say that I find it hard to believe that you have -200C (or so) air flowing, while the air around it is a nice -9/-10C ?

At least nice enough to run through.
