Glad it went well. Waiting to hear if you've gotten the job is pretty nerve wrecking, though. Hang in there.. your chances are probably very good.

Cheers, FM, I must learn to actually read posts...

    Again, good luck!

I've only had one real job, and don't plan on working again, so I've only had one interview. I basically walked in and she asked when I could start. There was very, very little to the process. We just had to pass a background check and drug test, basically.

I had a couple of interviews for a couple of office jobs last year, but they were more like a series of tests. I had to carry out a typing test, data entry test, and a grammar test. I got both jobs, which were as a data entry agent for a company called Flying Flowers and a customer service advisor for O2 Insurance.

For my bar job I didn't have an interview. I just asked the bar manager of a local pub that I had gotten to know pretty well if he had any vacancies and he asked for my mobile number. A couple of days later I got a text message saying, "Hey Jess, when can you come in for training?"

I've never had an interview where I haven't ended up getting the job, but I've had jobs where I've applied and not got an interview. I'm surprised I've never had a failed interview as I usually get all nervous and muddle my words.

    CONGRATULATIONSISMS

I hope you really enjoy it there. I wouldn't worry about not being enough into games: just checking IGN now and again would probably give you enough info on new releases.

Is TJ Maxx the same store as TK Maxx in the UK..? This has always confused me...

Yup, they're the same. Dunno why that letter differs, but hey.
