Oh, i totally forgot about Paranoia Agent. That's a real mind-bender. (Unless you're schizophrenic. Then it makes perfect sense.)

There is actually exceptionally few anime that I can stand, let alone claim to be a fan of. A few of the things I have enjoyed have already been mentioned, but I feel I should just say what I've enjoyed anyway.
Most anything by Studio Ghibli has proven to be incredibly interesting.
Cowboy Bebop is astounding, and the older I get, the more it resonates with me.
I haven't finished Wolf's Rain, but what I saw was very good. I'll probably be picking up the boxset soon.
I adore Hellsing (13 episode series, not the horrid Ultimate).

lol I knew someone would leap on that and shove their elite anime knowledge in my face. I can't offer you some miles-long analysis of why I didn't like it. All I can offer you is that it's my opinion. Not being much into anime, I am not into manga by extension, so I find it outside of my abilities to care for what happens in the manga even if it may be the original story.
I found Ultimate's depiction to be incredibly dry in comparison to the 13 episode-series that I love. I didn't like the direction of the scenes, the animation, the music, or even the voice acting nearly as much. If you like it, that's absolutely fine. I suppose I could have used a word less grating than "horrid" (as it's not as much an issue of quality as it is an issue of preference), but I was very disappointed with Ultimate, and I absolutely adored the first 13-episode series. As such, don't expect me to go around praising how awesome and faithful it is or anything. I come from, obviously, a very different perspective.

I really Like the Gundam Wing series, it's an action and romantic anime. I also liked others like Cowboy Bebop, Evangeline which was awesome. I also seen all of DBZ which I'm sure you have heard of it, if you like action and cheesy moments then it's for you.I've seen lods more but can't really think right now.

omg no DBZ here plz -_-
taking 20 episodes to fill up 20 seconds of dialogue -_-''
Dragonball Z. You have to watch it; it's like historically significant or something.
Um, random list. Sorry if I repeat stuff already stated:
Fist of the North Star
Akira
Trigun
Cowboy Bebop
Ghost in the Shell
Mukuro Naru Hoshi Tama Taru Ko (Narutaru)
Trinity Blood, Code Geass, Kenshin, Samurai X, Ghost in the Shell, Studio Ghibli, Inuyasha & Tactics
Arthur Schopenhauer
Those who will not reason, are bigots, those who cannot, are fools, and those who dare not, are slaves.
I like Kung-Fu.
This thread is 2 months old (SPOILER)and the anime it was bumped with, besides Ghost in the Shell, is definitely not worth the bump.
Also,
Not that I'm hating on Sailor Moon, but it helps to read the first post in a thread.
Anyway, in a post I did earlier in this thread, I mentioned Soul Eater. It's pretty good, I think it's worth watching. It's scheduled for 51 episodes, so don't expect it to run on like other similar shows do.

Good to know you are watching Monster. It's currently one of my favorites.
Though here's my little list of Must see anime that you haven't mentioned seeing.
Lists
Tengen Toppa
Paranoia Agent
Code Geass
Lupin III: Castle of Cagliostro
Naussica of the Valley of the Wind
All great shows, especially Paranoia.
And I'm likely the only one who will say this, but AVOID flcl. Though I'm like, one of 3 people on the internet who hate it.![]()
