    Bahamat getting owned by Alexander

    The Invincible one shotting Alexander.

    Palmer Vs. Truck

Those are all definitions of epic ownage.

I read that as "Batman getting owned by Alexander" and I'm thinking "Holy crap, Batman's in Final Fantasy? How did I miss this?" Then I re-read your post and was immensely sad.

I just thought of another ownage, although it is quite...unknown.
At the start of the GBA FFII, the first battle against the 4 black riders...it's scripted so that Maria's attacker always misses...it is so funny...

    when Sephiroth pwned Aeris

j/k, that scene was really sad

back on topic, one ownage I remember was when you first meet Rydia in FF 4 and she summons Titan that basically demolishes Kain and Cecil. More recently, in FF XII Zodiark's Final Eclipse makes for a good ownage sequence.

Didn't Saga Frontier have a Joker though?

This shouldn't really count but it was so hilariously awsome I have to mention it. I'll place spoiler tags only cause someone here is going to whine :rolleyes2

In Crisis Core, I was in the boss fight against (SPOILER)Bahamut when the DMV accessed (SPOILER)Tonberry. For those who don't know, the Tonberry summon has the Tonberry trying to shank Zack but then the Tonberry trips on a rock and the knife flies out of his hand and over Zack's head, eventually hitting one of the enemies for a load of damage. This happened in my fight with (SPOILER)Bahamut and ended up being the moved that finished off the (SPOILER)"God of Summons". I laughed hard for a good ten minutes after that...

    PWNS!

Talking about CC, (SPOILER)Sephiroth killing Ifrit in two strikes.

Question: Do you know why Kefka succeeded in destroying the planet?

Answer: Because the planet didn't fight back.

Odin against Cleyra and Bahamut against Brahne and Alexander (all FFIX) were all pretty big scenes of pure ownage. I've got to go with Diamond Weapon being completely taken out by the Sister Ray though. Take that, giant monster that gives a ridiculous amount of EXP!

At the end of final fantasy 8 when Zell chokes and then flips out and starts throwing hotdogs everywhere. I have no idea why I like this scene so much but w/e. Honorable mention goes to Squall telling Quisitis to go talk to a wall.

Why hasn't Sin or Anima been mentioned in this thread yet?

My guess is because the havoc they wreck isn't unexpected. Anima (SPOILER)slaying dozens of monsters in the Blitzball arena or Sin (SPOILER)leveling a village are awesome to behold but unsurprising.

Has anyone mentioned Umaro's habit of hurling random allies into foes for terrific damage?
