The following is a little recipe a friend and I invented a few years ago whilst drunk:

You will need:
Raspberry ripple icecream
Squirty cream
Baileys

Put 3-4 scoops of the icecream into a bowl. Put as much squirty cream as you want on top (the more the better) and top it off by pouring baileys all over it. Simple, but gorgeous
