This makes me sad. T_T It would make an awesome movie. Though the actor needs to change for Link. Seriously, he looks silly in in the tunic. Link makes it look sexy.

Was it me or did it seem to be mostly based on Twilight Princess with some Ocarina of Time elements thrown into it?

If they made an epic Zelda movie, I'd go see it!

I get the point of April Fools jokes but no one gets fooled so I see no point behind them. Now if this trailer was released any other time then people might believe it was actually going to happen, so in turn we would of been fooled. But then that would just be stupid. So to wrap up, April Fools day is pointless and a waste of time.

Now if this movie was actually to be released next year then the joke would be on us.

IGN had a hand in its creation. They didn't 'make' it, but they Produced it. Executively.

It is an April Fool's joke.

Which makes the MGS4 April Fool that much better, since while it's a joke it's also real (with brand new gameplay). This Zelda thing is still pretty impressive though.

Ah ok. Well when I saw that a real production team had made it I thought that it was just going to be an independently made movie.
