    Default PS3 Question

I have a 40gb PS3, and naturally am running out of HD space quickly due to installed games. If I delete a game's HDD install files, will that delete the save game files for that game too?

eg if I uninstall Ninja Gaiden so I can install something else, if I go to re-install Ninja Gaiden later, will my save files for it still be saved in a seperate location so i don't have to start over, or does it wipe all traces of the game off the PS3?

I can't say for 100% certain (since I haven't deleted anything off my Harddrive), but I do know for 100% certain that the save files are separate from the installed game data. I really don't think it should delete your save file if you delete the install.

Im not 100% sure either but im sure in the case of Ninja Gaiden Sigma that you wont lose the save data because that game can be played both installed and uninstalled.
