At this moment I honestly think that there are a large chunk of members who would be perfectly competent with moderating Eyes on Final Fantasy. So it will be very tough. Hell, some of those that have already gone out would have been competent at it, too. I think that just says how difficult this really is, for both those contending and those already on staff.

So - and I'm just thinking out loud here - have you actually achieved one of the goals, and reduced the difficulty in picking CKs in any notable way through this?

Oh, well I tracked down this post of Yamaneko's and it seemed to imply that making it easier was part of the rason, however I now see that whilst that inference could be made, it's not necessarily stated.
