Looking over the questions, it looks like a lot of these imply that you'd be alone in the decision-making. Being on staff, I would think you'd always have someone to check with and everybody would act as a system of checks and balances to each other.

On the other hand, some of these are obviously put in to make you realize that you've got to think for yourself. You've got to stand up and make your voice heard. Who wants a sheep that's going follow everything the others say all the time? I think the current staff wants fresh ideas from the new addition(s) to their ranks.

I just presumed that I was the only staffer online. For example I come online at 2am and find Rubah spamming up the forums, etc.

I think that just saying 'use the warn button' is as useful as saying 'do a barrel roll' in this situation. If that makes any sense.

Okay, no it doesn't. I just think we're supposed to answer these as if we were moderators, because answering 'the warn button!' seems to be the easy way out.
