    This is a few years old, actually

    They took the most populated cities in the States and graded them. My city is the second dumbest. Number 100!

    We had a showdown with Fort Wayne and thankfully they're still dumber. Funny how the dumbest cities are in Texas. Maybe that's just because it's a big state and has more cities in it to be stupid.

    The same magazine ranked us 4th happiest, though n.n
