I love them. If you look at the "Eyes on Plays" threads, in the FF I and II forums, you can see the screenshots I posted. They have music as good as the PSX version with FMV's, art and bestiaries, plus the bonus dungeons originally made for Dawn of Souls, plus new stuff, and the graphics are actually better (by a lot) than the PSX version because of the higher resolution and number of colors. They don't have the found items list but I don't miss it that much.
Only, Square was dirty cheap not putting then both in one disc. They're still 20-year-old games after all, and since the graphics are mostly 2-D with some sparse 3D effects, I doubt that would have been a problem.

The graphics are hideous. They look like something out of a sixth-rate Korean MMO. If Square really wanted to go high-res, they should have put some actual artistry into it.

I feel that the art style is very different from the designers' original intentions; however, I will purchase this game because it boasts upgraded graphics, regardless of their style or quality.

Are they worth getting if you havent played any of them before?

"They said this day would never come. They said our sights were set too high. They said this country was too divided, too disillusioned to ever come around a common purpose. But on this January night, at this defining moment in history, you have done what the cynics said we couldn't do." - Barack Obama.

I believe that they are worth getting if you have not played Final Fantasy II. The PSP version is the latest incarnation of both titles.
