W-Magic Ultima and Offering + Genji Glove and Atma Weapon + Ragnarok still hurt regardless of stat boosting or not.

is this really true and helpful?...and at what points in the story do i need to watch for ..so i dont miss extra characters
The main storyline is straight forward. So don't worry about missing characters. Except for Mog... Just make sure that when you get the Airship you revisit a few old places... The second half of the game is tricky due to it being open ended. Just explore and have fun.

The only character you can permanently lose is Shadow. Do what I said on the floating continent to keep him. :P

You can lose Mog too, but you'd have to be a fool to pick a hairpin over Mog.

    Oh right. :P

Well, common sense would lead you to not kill Mog. Shadow's the only one that can be tricky to save. xP

Agreed. Try to keep everyone's levels somewhat the same and keep them upgraded with the best gear as much as possible

    Vaan - "Hey, you!"
Penelo - "Yeah, you! The one reading this sig at this very moment!"
Vaan - "Interested in playing FFXII International Zodiac Job system?"
Ashe - "But you have no knowledge of the Japanese language?"
    Fran - "....We could help...."
Balthier - "That's right, Fran! Just click on Crossblades' thread on the very bottom of this signature and it will show you all license grid translations, magicks and tecks locations, and other changes that were made!"
Basch - "Don't forget though. Swap Magic is needed to play this game if you don't own a japanese PS2."
Vaan - "Also remember that if you played the original, you'll have an easier time playing the international version. We hope you enjoy the International Zodiac Job System experience. See ya then!"

I can see where you are coming from, Siegfried, but I think that players should learn a handful of Rages with Gau for the multiple party dungeons.

Make sure Banon is the last member in your party lineup and he's in the back row. Have him use "Health" every round and if you need to have Terra cast Cure and Sabin and Edgar use healing items.
