Yep, I had a newbie thread. It got under ten replies
I posted one that was just like, "Hey you guys i'm new." One guy chewed me out for posting something so "pointless". Everyone else was pretty nice.
I didn't make one because I didn't want to be considered a newbie. Instead nobody knew who I was.
I prefer to make my actions how I'm known in new communities.

I made a newbie thread and then Jowy charged in and scared the hell outta me. It was quite scary. It was only when i got into chat that i really got to know people.
