I might as well explain it. It's ZUN's (the creator of Touhou games) homage to Dio Brando from Jojo's Bizarre Adventure. Sakuya Izayoi (the maid in the screenshot) has the ability to throw knives and manipulate time. In the Touhou fighting game 'Immaterial and Missing Power', one of her special attacks is called 'Sakuya's World', a reference to Dio Brando's 'ZA WARUDO' ('The World').

If you give me a week or so, I can record myself playing IaMP so you can see Sakuya's full attack. The computer I'm using is horrible at recording due to the fact that it's horribly slow. I'm getting my laptop sometime in the upcoming week, so I'll record it then.

Simple hilarity comes from something a little bit scary - things where they wouldn't normally be, doing what they wouldn't normally do, for example. Finding things funny and fear are actually very close emotions, especially when you're very young. That's why if you're playing with a baby and it's all giggly and then suddenly it starts to cry, you've probably just taken the funny game too far and moved out of the zone where it feels comfortable and safe.

I can't explain more sophisticated types of humour.
