This person at least joined after 2000, when FF IX was released. I don't know when we got a FF IX forum, but I'm pretty sure it's safe to say this person joined during our vBulletin days xD.

It is but I think generally people have done a pretty good job of it. The first few you should be able to pin point the person down anyways so being broad isn't necessarily a bad way to go. What the game is suppose to be and what people make it are 2 different things and I let people decide their 10 things anyway they want so it is up to them. I have nothing against people going a bit broad to throw people off =D

Not necessarily. We have a FFXIII forum now and it's not released yet. They just said their first thread was in the FFIX forum. It could have been related to announcements about the upcoming game. Of course, the forum's population wasn't that big to begin with back then.
